Unless expressly stated, plants, soil, decorative stone, tools, and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included. The customer must review the dimensions and product details before purchase and determine whether the intended location is level, stable, accessible for delivery, suitable for drainage, and capable of supporting the product's weight when filled. Products must be assembled, installed, filled, maintained, and used according to the instructions supplied with the product.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Chiefesshub.com may correct an obvious typographical, pricing, availability, or product-information error. If an error affects an order before shipment, the customer will be contacted for instructions or the affected item will be canceled and fully refunded.

5. Orders and right to refuse

Customers must not refuse a shipment solely to create a return unless instructed by support, because unauthorized refusal can delay resolution and may result in carrier return charges where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from using a small-claims court with jurisdiction or exercising a non-waivable right available in the customer's home state.

13. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement concerning website use and purchases, together with any product-specific terms disclosed before checkout.

14. Changes to these Terms

Chiefesshub.com may update these Terms for future website use or purchases. A material change will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted, except where required by law.
